<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue transcription method that enables a replica film of a tissue portion desired to be transcribed, even if it is a three-dimensionally curved region or a corner part, to be securely pasted onto a sample by simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A tissue transcription method whereby one face of a replica film 1 is brought into contact with a sample 3 and transcribing the tissue of the sample 3 onto the one face comprises a step of forming, by applying onto and in close contact with a base material and hardening the resin, a transcription support tool 2 that is elastic and can be detachably attached to the replica film 1 or the sample 3; a step of pasting the replica film 1, with the one face being directed toward the transcription-desired part of the sample 3; and a step of pressing the transcription support tool 2 against the replica film 1 from the other face side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
