Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method, device and system for a distributed antenna system, relating to the technical field of communications, and it is invented to effectively enhance system performance. The communication method comprises: the receiving device receives the measurement reference signal corresponding to each antenna cluster inside the cell, wherein all of the antennae within the cell are divided into at least one antenna cluster, with each antenna cluster comprising at least one antenna, and each antenna cluster having a corresponding cluster ID; obtaining the channel information corresponding to each antenna cluster according to the measurement reference signal; sending the cluster ID of the antenna cluster and the corresponding channel information to the central processing unit, such that the central processing unit can confirm the antenna cluster servicing the receiving device according to the cluster ID of the antenna cluster and the corresponding channel information. The present invention can be use for communication systems such as LTE.
