What is described and illustrated is: a light-emitting means (10) for a luminaire with a lampholder body (11) and a lampholder hood (16), wherein the lampholder hood (16) firstly is used for arranging the lampholder body (11) in a luminaire and secondly has latching means, which engage releasably in opposing latching means of the lampholder body (11), and wherein the lampholder body (11) has connecting contacts for connecting lines and bears electronics (14), which serve to drive a lamp held by the lampholder body (11), wherein the lampholder body (11) bears an LED light source and is provided with an integrated heat sink, which dissipates the heat generated during operation from a heat-conducting element of the LED light source.
