Furthermore, the image display control device (1) controls charging of the battery (120) such that the battery (120) is not charged with external power in a state wherein the power supply for the image display unit (106) is turned on, and that the battery (120) is charged with the external power in a state wherein the power supply for the image display unit (106) is shut down. The image display control device (1) makes the display screen (4) display predetermined information (Im3, Im4), in the case of indicating detection results showing that the power of the battery (120) is equal to or less than the predetermined value.
