PURPOSE: A foldable rear view mirror apparatus is provided to secure a clear view by spraying high pressure washing water and air to a car window so that frost is prevented even in the winter. CONSTITUTION: A foldable rear view mirror apparatus comprises a first support frame(5), a second support frame(9), a washing water spray unit(11), an air spray unit(13), and a controller(15). The first support frame is connected to a vehicle, and firstly folded to the direction of the vehicle. The second support frame is connected to the first support frame to be folded, and secondly folded to the direction of the first support frame. The second support frame comprises a rear view mirror(7). The washing water spray unit supplies washing water to a spray nozzle, and sprays the washing water to the front window(W) of the vehicle. The air spray unit supplies compressed air to the spray nozzle, and sprays the compressed air to the front window of the vehicle. The controller controls the washing water spray unit, and the air spray unit. As to spraying the washing water, a heat rod(33) is additionally placed in a washing water tank(25).
