PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering film for improving front luminance and improving generation of moire fringes.

SOLUTION: The scattering film contains an acrylic resin (A) and a cellulose ester resin (B) by a mass ratio of 99:1 to 1:99, in which the acrylic resin (A) and the cellulose ester resin (B) are in an incompatible state to each other. The scattering film has a haze of 10% or more and 80% or less.
