R is a substituent group consisting of hydrocarbon, and may be a straight chain or a branch. x is an arbitrary integer.), and the organic metal compound is made to adhere to the surface of the magnet particles uniformly. Thereafter, a green compact obtained by compacting is held in a hydrogen atmosphere for several hours at 200-900&deg;C and subjected to calcination in hydrogen.
