<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique succession support method with which a technique succession between persons in charge and the improvement of a management level are enabled by visualizing a dealing method and know-how in the case where any unexpected event such as a water quality accident, a facility failure and the like in the past occurred. <P>SOLUTION: In a technique support system S, in accordance with a monitoring term determined from a water supply facility 200 for each data, various management data, and history information of an alert which is outputted when getting out of a water quality management criterion or operation/operation history information (process) data are captured into a computer system 100 and stored in a database 10. Various know-how information inputted by an operator for the stored water quality data and alert output history/process data are time-sequentially displayed on a screen and together with disclosure of information and succession of know-how to persons in charge inside a purification plant, on the basis of the know-how information which has been quantitatively evaluated, support for newly preparing an efficient management and operation manual is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
