<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool configured such that the amount of liquid applied to a cleaning member is controlled and the liquid is applied to the cleaning member with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning tool includes a head portion having a bottom surface configured to attach the cleaning member thereon, and a handle connected to a top surface of the head portion. The handle is formed from a hollow tubular member, and includes an injection hole for injecting the liquid into the hollow portion, and an opening communicating with the hollow portion and provided in the bottom surface. The head portion includes a control valve for controlling an opening/closing state of the opening of the handle, an operation portion for opening/closing the control valve, and a guide portion for guiding the liquid flowing out of the opening to the cleaning member mounted to the bottom surface, at a connecting portion between the head portion and the handle.
