<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of more stably improving image quality of an area including a skin color even when a color temperature of a light source is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes control means 114 that changes thresholds of a luminance signal and a color signal in detecting a prescribed color by a color detection portion according to color temperature information for white balance control acquired from a shot image. The control means 114 has a function to change, when the color temperature information for white balance control is at a low color temperature side, the thresholds in detecting a skin color by the color detection portion to a direction where saturation is higher in shooting after the shot image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
