摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell which is excellent in yield and reliability in the production of the solar cell having an aluminum electrode formed by firing of an electrode paste containing aluminum on a rear surface by preventing/suppressing bulging during firing of the electrode paste. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing solar cell comprises: an impurity diffusion layer forming step for forming an impurity diffusion layer in which a second conductivity type impurity element is diffused on one surface side of a first conductivity type semiconductor substrate; a removing step for removing metal impurity existing near a crystal grain boundary in a surface layer of the semiconductor substrate by performing cleaning treatment on a surface of the semiconductor substrate; an electrode material paste application step for applying an electrode material paste containing aluminum to the surface of the semiconductor substrate; and a firing step for forming an electrode by firing the electrode material paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
