<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an affected part easy to be treated, in an ultrasonic irradiation device. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasound therapy tool T performing the treatment by irradiating ultrasonic waves on the affected part A includes: a first unit 1 having an ultrasonic transducer 11 formed with an irradiation face capable of irradiating the ultrasonic waves, and a first casing supporting the ultrasonic transducer 11 in a state that the irradiation face of the ultrasonic transducer 11 is exposed to the outside; and a second unit having a controller generating a drive signal for the ultrasonic transducer 11 based on set values of the ultrasonic waves inputted from the outside, and a second casing storing the controller.
