摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having a multilayer structure containing melt-blown polylactic acid and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having a multilayer structure including a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric as an outermost layer and at least one layer or more of melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer as an inner layer, the inner layer of the nonwoven fabric includes one or more polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers, if necessary, one or more spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layers or polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers are further laminated thereon. A method for producing the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having the multilayer structure includes: laminating a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer on a screen belt continuously driven; laminating one or more melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers of the polylactic acid on the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer; further laminating, if necessary, one or more spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layers or melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers of the polylactic acid; then further laminating a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer; and using a thermal calender to simultaneously apply heat and pressure to the laminated nonwoven fabric layers, thereby causing them to thermally adhere to each other. In the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having the multilayer structure containing the melt-blown polylactic acid, the weight of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric of the polylactic acid is 5 to 15 wt.% based on the total weight, and the total weight is 10 to 100 gsm. With such a structure, the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having the multilayer structure containing the melt-blown polylactic acid of the present invention is not only excellent in the effect of blocking fluids but also free from delamination of the nonwoven fabric layers and is advantageous for reduction of carbon emissions because of using polylactic acid which is an environmentally friendly polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
