<p>A flushing and detecting system for a triple valve, a solvent valve and a spray gun of an automaton comprises a compressed air supply device (20), a solvent supply device (30), a diaphragm pump (80) and plurality pipelines. The diaphragm pump (80) is connected with the solvent supply device (30) to pump a solvent in the solvent supply device (30) at a certain pressure. The pipelines are correspondingly connected to make the solvent and the compressed air enter the solvent valve (50), the triple valve (60) and the spray gun (70) so as to clean them. The solvent after cleaning flows back to the solvent supply device (30) through a backflow pipe so as to be recycled. The flushing and detecting system has a good cleaning effect, and whether or not a valve core is damaged or offseted is judged through observing the movement situation and the leakage condition of the valve core during pneumatic control.</p> |
