ANTIBIOTIC MAT AND METHOD OF REFRIGERATOR CASE AND SHELF

PURPOSE: A refrigerator case, an antibacterial mat of a shelf and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce contact noises and maintain freshness by using an antibacterial mat, which is attached and detached to the shelf. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator case(100), an antibacterial mat(110) of a shelf and a manufacturing method thereof comprises an urethane protective layer, a cut out line(130), a plurality of coupling holes and coupling pieces. The mat is made by a polymerization-reaction with 78%~85% ethylene mixed with 15%~22% octane. The urethane protective layer contains the 93~95% urethane and 5~7% silver ion while being contacted with an upper surface of the mat. The cut-out line is partly cut in order to form a floor side, a side, and a rear of the mat. The coupling holes are formed on the rear of the mat. The coupling pieces are connected to the coupling holes with being extended from both rears of the mat. The mat is coupled to be stored in a vegetable chamber of the refrigerator.
