PURPOSE: A flat panel display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach a filter to a display panel and to reduce manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: An optical bonding resin layer(212) is formed in a lower part of a transparent film. The optical bonding resin layer has stickiness in a hardening state. The optical bonding resin layer adheres closely to the upper side of a display panel(231). The optical bonding resin layer adheres closely to the upper side of the display panel.
