PURPOSE: A laparoscope surgical instrument is provided to reduce operation time by simultaneously cutting and excising a lesion and controlling and congealing the bleeding at the lesion through one instrument. CONSTITUTION: A rod(2) is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a trocar. A bipolar coagulator(4) is fixed to a leading end of the rod and controls and congeals the bleeding around a lesion. A handle part operates the bipolar coagulator. A scissor(10) is formed in one side of the bipolar coagulator and cuts the diseased part.
