<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy recovery device and a coal gasification power generation plant, effectively utilizing waste heat. <P>SOLUTION: This energy recovery device 10 includes: a heat exchanger 14 exchanging heat between low-pressure condensed water 12 from a regenerative superheater 11 and supply water 13; and a compressor 17 compressing and superheating low-pressure steam 15 exchanging heat in the heat exchanger 14, to obtain medium-pressure steam 16. When the low-pressure condensed water 12 has a pressure of 0.3 MPag and a temperature of 140-150°C, it exchanges heat with the supply water 13 (ordinary pressure, 30°C), to obtain the low-pressure steam 15 having a pressure of 0.2 MPag and a temperature of 120°C, and further the pressure and temperature of the low-pressure steam 15 are increased by the compressor 17 to obtain the medium-pressure steam 16 having a pressure of 4.0 MPag and a temperature of 300°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
