摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure capillary refill time in addition to measurement of a blood oxygen saturation level. <P>SOLUTION: A biological signal measuring apparatus 10 includes: light emitting units 31, 32 which emit at least two lights of different wavelengths to a biological tissue 500 of a measuring object person; a light receiving unit 33 which receives the lights of the respective wavelengths which are emitted from the light emitting units 31, 32 and transmitted or reflected by the biological tissue 500, and converts them into electric signals according to the receiving intensities of the lights; a detection unit 23 which detects variations with time of the light receiving intensities from the electric signals output from the light receiving unit 33; a selection unit capable of selecting a pulse oxymeter mode for calculating at least one of oxygen saturation level and pulse rate and a capillary refill time measuring mode for calculating a capillary refill time; and a calculation unit 23 which performs calculation by the mode selected by the selection unit based on the variations of the light receiving intensities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
