<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene electronic element. <P>SOLUTION: The graphene electronic element comprises a gate electrode, a gate oxide arranged on the gate electrode, a graphene channel layer on the gate oxide, and a source electrode and a drain electrode arranged, respectively, at both ends of the graphene channel layer. A plurality of nano holes are formed in one row in the width direction of the graphene channel layer.
