<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory planning device capable of executing inventory planning which can accurately follow up the future change of a demand. <P>SOLUTION: This inventory planning device is configured to subtract a difference between the actual number of inventory or the scheduled number of inventory in the case of start on the day and the predicted number of shipping on the day from the proper number of inventory on the day, and to calculate the provisional scheduled number of supplementation to be supplemented on the day, and to set a fixed period including a lead time, and to, on the basis of the scheduled number of inventory on each day in the fixed period calculated based on the actual number of inventory in the case of start on the first day in the fixed period, set the scheduled number of supplementation calculated about the next day of the end day of the fixed period as the determined scheduled number of supplementation on the day, and to update the already set provisional scheduled number of supplementation on the day to the determined scheduled number of supplementation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
