摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element which has a high fill factor, a high open-circuit voltage, a high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and high durability, and to provide a solar cell using the same, and an optical sensor array. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element comprising a cathode, an anode, and a bulk heterojunction layer in which a p-type semiconductor material and an n-type semiconductor material are mixed has a layer between the cathode and the anode, which contains a compound having at least a partial structure represented by following general formula (1). (In the formula, X represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a selenium atom, and Y represents C-R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>or a nitrogen atom.
