<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow grinding using a coolant at any position in a device by jetting the coolant which is supplied from a tool rotating shaft end, from the outer peripheral surface of a grinding wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The machine tool includes a tool rotating shaft 2 in which a flow passage which penetrates inside the rotating shaft is formed, and a tool holder 3 which includes a flow passage being continuous from the flow passage of the tool rotating shaft. The flow passage of the tool holder 3 communicates with the inner peripheral surface 4a of a grinding wheel on which it is attached, and the grinding wheel 4 that has been attached includes an air hole that communicates from the inner peripheral surface 4a toward an outer peripheral surface 4b. A coolant L is injected from one end of the tool rotating shaft 2, to advance to the outer peripheral surface 4b from the inner peripheral surface 4a of the grinding wheel 4 by way of the tool holder 3. It is eventually released from the outer peripheral surface 4b. Since the coolant L is jetted from the grinding wheel 4 that is a tool, a grinding work is possible at any position in the range of a machine which the grinding wheel 4 can reach. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
