<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool hydraulic oil by a simple structure without changing the structure of a tank. <P>SOLUTION: In this cooling mechanism of a hydraulic oil tank in a work vehicle on which hydraulically driven devices are mounted, a stirring vane wheel 21 which is rotated by the return oil discharged from the opening 13a of a return pipe 13 extending from the hydraulically driven devices to the hydraulic oil tank 11 is rotatably installed in the hydraulic oil tank 11 so as to face the opening 13a.
