<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of selectively and efficiently producing cellooligosaccharide. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the production method for cellooligosaccharide, which comprises reacting a cellulase on the cellulose in the presence of a 6C fatty acid, the production method for the cellooligosaccharide wherein the 6C fatty acid is hexanoic acid, the production method for the cellooligosaccharide wherein the cellooligosaccharide is cellobiose and the production method for the cellooligosaccharide wherein the cellulase is reacted after heat treatment of the cellulose in the presence of the 6C fatty acid and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
