<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone having an upper casing and a lower casing to be coupled so as to be opened/closed freely, capable of configuring various settings by user's patting or shaking operation, eliminating complicated operation even for multifunctional operation, and minimizing incorrect operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a mobile phone, an acceleration sensor 32 detects an acceleration applied to a casing of a mobile phone 1. An open/close sensor 33 detects whether the casing of the mobile phone 1 is opened or closed. When a main control part 21 detects that the casing of the mobile phone 1 is patted or shook, the main control part 21 determines whether the casing is opened or closed, reads out a motion command corresponding to the pat or shake operation from a memory 23 depending on the open or close state, and performs an operation depending on the open or close state of the casing of the mobile phone 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
