<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner and a production method of the toner excellent in offset resistance of the toner. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner comprises a binder resin containing a non-crystalline polyester, a release agent and cyclopentanone, in which the cyclopentanone is included by 5 to 150 ppm. The production method of the electrophotographic toner includes a step of mixing an aqueous dispersion of the noncrystalline polyester containing cyclopentanone with an aqueous dispersion liquid of the release agent, and aggregating particles in the aqueous dispersion liquid to obtain an aqueous dispersion liquid of aggregated particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
