<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, in which accuracy is lowered because vignetting occurs in a focus detection pixel used in AF when an iris is narrowed, in hybrid AF of AF system and contrast AF system in which some pixels of an imaging sensor provided with different optical characteristics from other pixels are used for focus detection. <P>SOLUTION: In hybrid AF of AF system and contrast AF system in which some pixels of an imaging sensor provided with different optical characteristics from other pixels are used for focus detection, when an iris is narrowed, a focus detection operation is conducted with a wobbling-enabled lens alone used for wobbling in the contrast AF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
