<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation sensor capable of more accurately calculating a relative rotation angle by reflecting a phase shit due to a structural error, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In a rotation sensor 1, an angle calculation unit 60 generates a sin (Nθ+α) signal and a sin (Nθ-α) signal which reflect a predetermined shift amount α with respect to a sin Nθ signal and a cos Nθ signal output from a plurality of magnetoelectric transducers. Further, the rotation sensor 60 generates a sin (Nθ-Nϕ) signal by performing correction by using a correction value according to the shift amount α with respect to the sin (Nθ+α) signal and the sin (Nθ-α) signal, and calculates a relative rotation angle θ by performing a feedback control so that a deviation (Nθ-Nϕ) based on the sin (Nθ-Nϕ) signal becomes a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
