<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which achieves effective use of a notification function by automatically determining whether job notification is necessary for a user if the user logs out and ensuring transmission of notification with high necessity. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device has: an identification information input unit for receiving input of identification information; a storage unit for storing execution jobs, users executing jobs, user information of each user registered in advance, and notification destination address of each user; an authentication unit for comparing the input identification information with the user information in the storage unit to identify a user; an input unit for, after a user becomes a login state by user identification to set a job in the image forming device, receiving logout input by the user for quitting the login state; and a communication unit for, when the user logged out if there is a notification target job which is an uncompleted job of the logged out user, transmitting notification concerning the notification target job to a notification target person who is the user corresponding to the notification target job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
