The purpose of the invention is to make possible efficient transmission control of a mobile station device with respect to the Advanced-EUTRA system. With respect to a mobile station device which performs communication with a base station via a plurality of cells that the base station has allocated, the plurality of cells are grouped into a first group configured from one first cell and cells with the same uplink transmission timing therewith, and second groups configured from one or more cells with different uplink communication timing from that of the first cell. The uplink timing is managed using a transmission timing timer for each group. When the transmission timing timer of the first group has finished, the mobile station device halts all uplink transmission to the plurality of cells. When the transmission timing timer of a second group has finished, the mobile station device halts the uplink transmission to the cells of the second group for which the transmission timing timer has finished.
