The switching valve (110) comprises a switching unit, which is adapted to shift the switching valve into a primary switching position and a secondary switching position. A primary working chamber or a secondary working chamber is fluidically connected with a volume. The shifting of the switching valve into the primary switching position or the secondary switching position takes place corresponding to the environmental variables.
