PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing three-layered mattress without the loss of strength is provided to improve the restoring force of the mattress by surrounding both sides of sponge with superior restoring force. CONSTITUTION: Roll cotton is formed with the constant thickness and width as a first layer(20) using a scotching machine. A bottom cover(10) is spread on a stand(7) to receive the roll cotton. A cotton frame is arranged on the bottom cover. The roll cotton is arranged in the cotton frame to form first cotton part as the first layer. Sponge(30) is arranged on the first layer to form a second layer. Roll cotton is formed to form second cotton part(21) on the sponge using the scotching machine. Second cotton part is formed by arranging the roll cotton in the cotton frame in order to form a third layer. An upper cover(50) is arranged on the second cotton part. |
