<p>There is provided a device (10) for dehydrating a gas supply, such as air. The device comprises a container portion (14) having a desiccant material contained therein. The container portion (14) has a lid portion (12) having an outlet (11) formed therein, and a base portion (16). A valve member (18) is mountable to the base portion (16) and is configured to permit the ingress of gas from the gas supply into the container portion (14). The valve member (18) extends substantially across a width of the base portion (16) such that the gas is drawn through the desiccant material in a substantially uniform manner across the container portion (14) thereby substantially removing moisture present in the gas as the gas flows through the container portion (14).</p> |
