PURPOSE: A device sensing warp of a flat panel is provided to sense gestures of maximum number by using sensors of minimum number. CONSTITUTION: A device sensing warp of a flat panel comprises a plurality of sensors(126,146,166,186), of which shape is polygon, arranged along the edge of a flat panel, sensing warp of the flat panel. Each of the sensors is arranged to be parallel with side of a plurality of sides included in the flat panel. Each of the plurality of sensors comprises variable resistnace.
