<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film coloring without using a conventional coloring material such as pigment, coloring matter and dye and being transparent and also to provide a reflection type color film substrate excellent in performance which uses the above-mentioned transparent film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent film of the present invention is a transparent film containing a transparent resin and spherical particles and characterized in that the spherical particles are dispersed in the transparent film where the average particle diameter is 50 to 200 nm.
