<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for appropriately performing standardization of the number and types of products to be produced in a fixed period when a production plan is made in an information processor, a method of controlling the information processor, a program and a recording medium in which the program is recorded. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor is configured to acquire an operation time on each day in a prescribed period input from a user and the types of products to be produced in the prescribed period and the scheduled number of production of every type, and to, when defining the operation time as a proportional division coefficient, calculate the cumulative scheduled number of production by using a cumulative proportional division coefficient calculated by accumulating proportional division coefficients to each day in a fixed period, and to perform JIS rounding with respect to the cumulative scheduled number of production, and to calculate the standardization result of quantity, and to perform standardization of the types by calculating an appearance rate, and to combine the standardization result of quantity and the standardization result of types, and to make an appropriate standardization plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
