<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort apparatus capable of detecting and informing decrease of a flow rate of a heating medium at real time, and taking quickly and exactly measures to meet a situation thereafter. <P>SOLUTION: A heating medium jetting nozzle 14 jets the heating medium 36 to an article to be treated stored in a treating tank 12. A heating medium circulation circuit 20 circulates the jetted heating medium 36 from a storing part 1202 to the heating medium jetting nozzle 14 and supplies it. A heating medium heating circuit 22 heats the heating medium 36 by high temperature steam. A flowmeter 26 detects the flow rate of the heating medium 36 flowing in piping 2202 for circulating the heating medium and supplies the detected result to a control part 28. When it is determined on the basis of the detected result of the flowmeter 26 that a criterion that the flow rate detected of the heating medium 36 is smaller than a predetermined reference flow rate is satisfied, the control part 28 generates a warning sound from a buzzer 30, displays character information for warning the decrease of the flow rate on an operation panel 34, and furthermore, turns on (or blinks) a displaying lamp 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
