<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconfigurable logic device that can implement cost reduction or miniaturization of an entire set, or startup time reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the reconfigurable logic device, a lookup table 11 has a nonvolatile flip-flop FF using a hysteresis characteristic of a ferroelectric element as means for storing configuration data in a nonvolatile manner.
