<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-hotel information transmission system by which a guest can send a message to a hotel employee or the like in charge of a guest room. <P>SOLUTION: A guest room terminal 1 having a function for selecting a request item of a guest is installed to each guest room, and a door-wing terminal 2 having a function for communicating with the guest room terminal 1 in the guest room is installed in front of each guest room. Each hotel employee carries a portable terminal 3 communicating with the door-wing terminal 2. The guest room terminal 1 has a request selection part 14 for selecting the request item from a plurality of request items by the guest. The door-wing terminal 2 has a communication part 24 communicating with the portable terminal 3 held over the communication part 24. When the portable terminal 3 held over the communication part 24 is a registered portable terminal, the request item received from the guest room terminal 1 is transmitted to the portable terminal 3.
