<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-irradiating device capable of lengthening an irradiating distance or attaining power saving of a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The light-irradiating device 11 includes an elliptical mirror 1, parabolic mirrors 2, 3 and 6, the light source S, and hyperboloidal mirrors 4, 5. A first focal point of the elliptical mirror 1 and a focal point of the parabolic mirror 2 coincide with each other at a point P1, and the light source S is arranged so as to make its center coincide with the point P1. The parabolic mirror 3 and the hyperboloidal mirrors 4, 5 are arranged inside the parabolic mirror 2, and a first focal point of the hyperboloidal mirror 4 and a focal point of the parabolic mirror 3 coincide with each other at a point P3. A second focal point of the hyperboloidal mirror 4 and a second focal point of the elliptical mirror 1 coincide with each other at a point P2. The parabolic mirror 6 is connected with the parabolic mirror 2 at an end of the parabolic mirror 2 (an end at a light-irradiating side) located at a side opposite to the elliptical mirror 1. A focal point of the parabolic mirror 6 coincides with a first focal point of the hyperboloidal mirror 5.
