摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly notify a patient that a response is made without bothering a medical worker when the medical worker responds to a call from a patient. <P>SOLUTION: When the volume of a voice signal input from a microphone 16 is not equal to or larger than a predetermined volume, from detection of off-hook to the detection of on-hook, response message information is output to a slave unit 1. On the other hand, when the volume of the voice signal input from the microphone 16 is larger than the predetermined volume from the detection of off-hook to the detection of on-hook, a master unit 10 outputs the voice signal input from the microphone 16 as it is to the slave unit 1. Thus, when a medical worker performs only a response operation, a response message is output, so that the medical worker does not need to output the response message.
