What is described is: a lithium-ion cell with outgoing conductor foils and collectors. The outgoing conductor foil (15) of the negative electrode of the lithium-ion cell consists of an aluminium foil (16) which is covered on both sides with a metal layer (17), and the collector (10) for the negative electrode has an aluminium workpiece (14), which is at least partially covered with a metal layer (13). The metal layers (17, 13) of the outgoing conductor foil (15) and of the collector (10) consisting of copper or nickel. Also proposed are: a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and a motor vehicle with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
