A beverage extraction device convenient for package removal comprises a machine base (1), a first machine element (2) and a second machine element (3). The first machine element (2) is provided with a containing cavity (21) which contains a beverage package (4) with an annular edge (41). The left side and right side of the second machine element (3) are movably connected with a clamping plate (5) respectively. The front end of each clamping plate (5) can be opened and closed relative to the second machine element (3). The front part of the clamping plate is provided with a first shaft (6). The rear part of the clamping plate (5) is provided with a second shaft (7). The beverage extraction device also comprises two groups of guide grooves (8) and two leading plates (9). The guide grooves (8) spread forward and outward. The leading plates (9) are restrained at the left and right sides in the machine base (1) and can only slide back and forth. The front end of each leading plate (9) is provided with an inward-convex pushing part (91). The side wall of the containing cavity (21) of the first machine element (2) is provided with a gap (211) for containing the pushing part (91). The rear part of each leading plate (9) is provided with a leading groove (92) which spreads forward and outward, and the first shaft (6) of the corresponding clamping plate (5) is positioned in the leading groove (92) and can slide relatively.
