BLACK RESIN STEEL WITH IMPROVED DRAWING ABILITY AND GOOD GLOSSINESS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A black resin steel sheet with improved workability and glossiness and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to block the transfer effect and lower the frictional coefficient of black resin films, thereby improving blackness and workability. CONSTITUTION: A black resin steel sheet with improved workability and glossiness comprises a black colored layer(2) and black resin films(1,5). The black colored layer is formed on one side of a galvanized steel sheet. The black resin films, containing block pigment, are formed in the black colored layer. The black colored layer includes Ni-Zn oxide at an atomic ratio(Ni : Zn : O) of 25-75 : 2-25 : 20-70 and has a thickness of 0.05-5μm.
