BACK SHEET FOR A SOLARCELL HAVING IMPROVED SCRATCH RESISTANCE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A back sheet for a solar cell with high scratch resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to suppress scratches on a back sheet coating layer by improving the surface intensity of a coating layer through methacrylate compounds interposed into polymer resins. CONSTITUTION: A back sheet includes a polymer resin layer and a barrier layer film for a back sheet. The polymer resin layer is coated on one or both sides of the barrier layer film for the back sheet of a solar cell. The polymer resin includes methacrylate compounds in the polymer resin. The methacrylate compounds are radically polymerized by active rays. The total of the thickness of the polymer resin coated on the back sheet is 2 to 40 um.
