PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the winding drum of a wire winding device is provided to prevent the shaking of a wire even if the winding speed of a rope is changed in a winding drum. CONSTITUTION: A rope tensioning part(1) is included in the front side of a winding drum(2) and withdraws a rope at the winding speed of a rope . The rope tensioning part ties the rope around the winding drum. The winding speed, in which the rope is wound around the winding drum, gets faster as wound the amount of the rope gets larger. A hydraulic motor(21) is stopped if a load, which is generated on the winding drum, arrives at a set pressure for controlling the hydraulic motor of the winding drum. The hydraulic motor is re-driven and rotates the winding drum if the load, which is generated on the winding drum, becomes below the set pressure for controlling the hydraulic motor of the winding drum. |
