PURPOSE: An eco-friendly fuel saving device is provided to improve the combustion efficiency and reducing main fuels by being compactly inserted into an internal combustion with an automatic water-supply control. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly fuel saving device comprises a current voltage control unit(6), an ion solution storage case(7), a water supply valve(12), a lamp, a hydrogen generation unit(14), and a controller(10). The hydrogen generation unit generates hydrogen through applying anode voltages and cathode voltages to a first and second coil, which are soaked in hydroxide ion solutions. The controller applies output currents and voltages received from the current voltage control unit to the first and second coil. The hydrogen is generated through electrolysis. The controller generates switching control signals to the water supply valve according to amount of the hydroxide ion solutions. Inside ion solution storage case and the hydrogen generation unit, first and second sensors are formed for sensing a level of the hydroxide ion solutions.
