<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent setting information from being changed by another user when an image display device is used. <P>SOLUTION: A control method of an image display device comprises the steps of: setting a type of a power-on operation signal as to whether the image display device is started by a main body operating section 23 or a remote controller 25 at startup thereof as mode information to a mode 1 or a mode 2 (step S102); examining whether or not the mode information is set to the mode 1 by a controller when power supply is turned off (step S112); and in a case where the mode information is set to the mode 1 (step S112:Y), storing setting contents set to an image signal processing section in setting information 21b (step S113). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
