<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress possibility of shortening delay time before pulse change which is represented by reset release at the time of momentary interruption of power supply, by setting the delay time without depending on the time constant based on a large external capacitive element, and easily changing the delay time of pulse change represented by reset release by a user on an implementation system. <P>SOLUTION: Relating to a technology in which a pulse signal generated by oscillation operation of an oscillation circuit (3) is counted, and the timing of pulse change which is represented by reset release is generated when a count value reaches a predetermined value, the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit is allowed to be variable by a resistive value of a resistive element (R8) connected to an external terminal (P1) of a semiconductor device. Since the timing of pulse change which is represented by reset release can be set to be variable by an external resistive element, no such delay time as depends on the time constant that uses a large external capacitive element is required, resulting in no shorter time delay before the pulse change represented by reset release at the time of momentary interruption of power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
